Small business owners are not 9 to 5’ers. They often work nights and weekends and sometimes holidays. I make sure that I am available when you are. I encourage my clients to call with any questions at any time. A ten minute conversation can often prevent what could become an expensive problem down the road.
I also think it important that my clients are armed with current and relevant information and documentation so that they can avoid the difficulties that can be avoided and be prepared for those which cannot. Both myself and my staff are available to perform periodic compliance audits as a proactive measure and service to my commercial clients.
